   Great interview – Robert is interesting no doubt – but a large part is the relaxed way you build rapport as you asked the questions.

   Thanks for this – and for your blog (it’s always an insightful read).

   Thanks Doug! It was mostly Rob though the guy is amazingly nice and patient with my many many questions. I wish most of our industry’s big wigs were half as nice!

   Oh and we sleep with the fan on these says it’s 30 Celsius out. Still no need for the AC.
