Simply the reality of owning a home studio means you are engineer, voice talent, and sometimes translator. I am acquiring new skills all the time, and it's quite an education. But look at it this way - the more skills we acquire, the more marketable we are to potential clients. I have started to advertise that I am a scriptwriter as well as voice talent, which I include in the total fee. Many clients need a writer, and it is only cost efficient for them if they can find someone who delivers multiple services all in one. Fernanda is lovely, isn't she?
